Accessing Profile Settings

From the workspace dropdown menu, locate and click on Settings. This will open the Settings & Members page where you can manage your account preferences.

In the Settings page, look for the Account section and click on your profile name or the My Account option. This will open your personal account settings.

Locate the Preferred name field in your account settings. Clear the existing name and type your new preferred name. This name will be displayed to other users in shared workspaces and comments.

To change your profile picture, click on your current profile image or avatar in the account settings. This will open the profile picture options where you can upload a new image or choose from available options.

  • Upload a custom image from your device
